Same speech as the highlands act, at a Bandarawela housing handover after the old landslide. We wanted Nuwara Eliya tea trails this week. Still go, or skip the hills.

Still go. Tea country is open. The speech was a future authority and a housing handover, not a closed hill this afternoon. Do not invent a trail ban.

We would still go. Bandarawela housing is not Nuwara Eliya tea. Different road, still a normal week.

If a trail you wanted already had a slip notice, skip that one trail. Do not skip the whole hill on a bill that is not law.
