The Offline or Download button is greyed out because this is a live First Randoli broadcast. Expected, or are we on the wrong ID. Feeds actually went live around 6:47 even though the schedule said about 6:55.

Expected on a live broadcast — Offline and Download stay grey until it is a normal VOD. If you see moving cortege video with a live badge, you are on the right night.

Premiering notifications can also lag — trust the live player over the button state.
