Saw a faded poster near Arugam Main Street ATM. 26 Aug. WhatsApp uncle said there might be leftover events. I do not want to plan a day around a ghost. Two of us.

Treat leftover vinyl as leftover vinyl. 26 Aug in Arugam Main Street ATM is ordinary unless the street itself is obviously in festival mode. The 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM is a Kandy street pin, not a reason to invent a festival at Arugam Main Street ATM. Ask the door what is actually open. Do not build a day on a ghost poster.
