Old festival vinyl still hanging at Ella Gap cloud — is anything actually on this 26 Aug or is this leftover plastic

Saw a faded poster near Ella Gap cloud. 26 Aug. WhatsApp uncle said there might be leftover events. I do not want to plan a day around a ghost. Three of us, one tired.

Treat leftover vinyl as leftover vinyl. 26 Aug in Ella Gap cloud is ordinary unless the street itself is obviously in festival mode. The 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM is a Kandy street pin, not a reason to invent a festival at Ella Gap cloud. Ask the door what is actually open. Do not build a day on a ghost poster.
