Saw a faded poster near Sangaraja Mawatha. 26 Aug. WhatsApp uncle said there might be leftover events. I do not want to plan a day around a ghost. Three of us, one tired.

Treat leftover vinyl as leftover vinyl. 26 Aug in Sangaraja Mawatha is ordinary unless the street itself is obviously in festival mode. The 4th Randoli listed 6:44 PM is a Kandy street pin, not a reason to invent a festival at Sangaraja Mawatha. Ask the door what is actually open. Do not build a day on a ghost poster.
