One shoe is rubbing raw after two and a half hours. Any chance a pharmacy is still open on the outer ring, or is it hotel first-aid only. Not blisters socks-off briefly, and not lost flip-flop in the crush.

Assume pharmacy hours are done this late unless you already saw one lit on your outer walk. Hotel first-aid kit, blister plaster from a daypack, or loosen the shoe and peel. Do not hunt dark side streets for a closed green cross.

If you limp, start the outer exit sooner rather than later.

Swelling plus rub means lobby elevation beats another hour upright.
