Organized or self-guided longer bicycle tours in Sri Lanka?
I want to cycle for several days. Are there good routes or operators for proper bike tours?

There are a few operators offering multi-day cycling tours, especially in the Cultural Triangle and hill country. Routes around Sigiriya, Dambulla, and the ancient tanks are popular and relatively flat. The south coast has some nice coastal routes but traffic can be an issue. Self-guided is possible if you're experienced, but organized tours handle logistics, support vehicle, and accommodation. Quality varies - check recent reviews carefully. Bring your own helmet and padded shorts if you're serious.
I met some cyclists doing a self-guided loop around the triangle. They seemed to be enjoying it but said support would have made it easier.
