Our curb feels densest this late and we need the outer ring-road exit. Peel toward it now, or wait for a quieter gap between troupes. Not side-street tape hop, not PickMe circling outside the lock, and not end-of-parade tuk price quotes.

When it already feels densest, start the outer walk between troupes rather than waiting for a mythical clear minute. Keep to the outer pavement, agree a shop-sign regroup, and do not fight back into denser rows.

Walking farther for a quieter pin usually beats standing inside the densest crush hoping for a car.

Use lit shop fronts as breadcrumbs on the way out.
