Clothes are still damp. We may move on. Pack the still-damp set, or wait and see if this cloudy morning dries them.

If you are checking out, pack them in a towel, not a sealed bag. A cloudy morning will not suddenly dry a heap. If you are staying for 6:44, leave them on the rail.

We stayed, so we left them. If we had moved, the towel trick would have been the move.
