27 Aug, Panama village, after a shower cell. Kid melting. Water looks kind. Need a local, not a brochure.

Late afternoon is kinder. Midday is a sit and water. Ordinary east heat. Fairly heavy rain possible west, hills, Galle, Matara — still not a colour code.

Shoulders and knees. Doorway is not a fitting room. On 'Passikudah midday heat — swim now or wait for late after' — board, not desk.
