ETA is standing. Do not invent a new fee. Carry the PDF and the passport as written. A guesthouse story is not immigration. Wi-Fi and screenshots stretch a dead SIM until a real counter. No named CMB delay. In Colombo this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not put kids on a packed night run. Then a plate that is still turning over.
We would pick the quieter version in Colombo and stop adding leftover ideas.
If it is already paid, keep it and start early. If not, Monday morning is still a hop.
