Partner is scrolling the hotel breakfast menu on the curb instead of watching. Decide stay or peel from hunger, or ask them to pocket the phone. Not hotel kitchen last seating while on curb, and not kids asking for real dinner after dark.

Hunger is a fair peel signal this late — menu scrolling means they are done watching. Agree lobby food and live stream rather than arguing through another denser block. Pocket the phone after you decide so you can exit aware.

If kids are hungry too, stop negotiating and peel.

Breakfast tomorrow still matters if checkout is early — do not skip dinner entirely.
