We planned the kerb off the board that had 0.1 mm light rain at six. The new 6pm row opens the table at 0 mm Cloudy, 25C, gusts 32, precip still 31. Do we drop the poncho, or keep it because chance did not fall.

Drop the washout jacket. New 6pm is Cloudy / 0 mm / g32 / 31%. Compact cover for chance, not for a printed light-rain millimetre.

Symbol lost light rain. That is the rewrite. Chance staying 31 is a different column.
