We hold a Pasikudah room 2–4 Sep. Heat Bulletin 01 Caution on the East holds 2 Sep. Toddler. Night-planning at 1:12. Not a marine question. A melt question.

Shallow bay is still a toddler plan if you do shade 11–15:00. Caution is not a closed reef. Umbrella, extra water, no pride walks to the far sandbar at noon. Inland Polonnaruwa is hotter stone. Stay east, nap hard, swim when the sun drops. I will not invent a Pasikudah flag colour.

We did Pasikudah with a three-year-old in May heat. Nap was the attraction. Fine.

Hotel pool at noon is allowed. The ocean is not a test.
