East catch-up Friday 28 Aug. Festival is over. Pasikudah shallows with a toddler. Noon pride. Long hop, ordinary bay, no invented closure. Toddler will melt if we pretend this is still a night kerb.

East is a long bus after leftover Kandy. Shade before pride. I will not invent a bay closure or a ferry timetable. Knee-deep with a toddler. First quote is a test. Lived pin: Pasikudah shallows with a toddler.

Hang the damp set. Packing wet for a hop is how rooms smell.

One soda, ten minutes, moved. Shade is the need, not the brand.

Harbour morning, no whale. We drank tea. Pride waited for a guarantee.

Covered, went in twenty minutes, left. Street is mixed. Inside is not.

Wrap at the gate, not a beach scarf. Doorway is not a fitting room.

Wrote 110 before we sat. After leftover drums the numbers get creative.
