Notes are thin at Pattirippuwa. Line already at 8. Card still works at the guesthouse but we need cash for tuks and fruit. 26 Aug pin.

Walk to Embekka first if this queue is a tourist pile. Pattirippuwa ATMs run out when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, town side, not a cousin with a POS. Do not invent a cash shutdown. It is queues.
