Shopkeeper said festival week, leftover bunting. Mid-August. I already heard the literary leftover is not a thing. Still asking in case a local programme exists.

Polite no. There is no festival week sitting on the Fort in mid-August 2026 because a shop hung bunting. A real programme would be a dated board, not a sales line. Buy tea if you want tea. Do not buy a ticket to a week that is not happening.
