Sunday 30 Aug late morning, night flight later. Van already written. Driver wants a fuel extra because the pole is 399. Three-hour rule is the clock. Galle Face is a temptation we do not have time for.

Written van is written. 92 at 399 is the pump board from midnight, not a licence to add a speech on top of a fare. If the van fills, they fill at the board. You do not pay a second fuel novel. I will not invent a night tariff. Clock to BIA, not Galle Face.
