People in Little Adam's Peak keep selling whale-watching tickets. Real boat or a van?

From Little Adam's Peak, ask if the boat actually leaves that harbour. A lot of tickets are a van to Mirissa. Sea is a flag question, not a promise of whales.

We waited on a cancellation in Mirissa and still saw nothing. Fine. Do not rebuild the day around a boat.

If you are tired, stay near the bus stand or town centre in Little Adam's Peak and skip the extra viewpoint. Pull cash in Colombo, Kandy, or Galle first. Cards are a maybe, not a plan.
