27 Aug, Queen's Hotel kerb, in midday heat. Room is Peradeniya. Last night in town. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

Stay on to Kandy if the night is the kerb. Halt is for rooms already out here. Last tuk uphill after drums is ordinary if you agree the fare first. Shoulders and knees.
