Trains still run. Do not invent a reopen or a Pothuhera clearance. A missing reserved seat is a bus, not a gazette. Festival ended Friday. No Saturday or Sunday Kandy procession. In Kandy this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not climb wet black rock. Then count the notes in shop light.
