Perfume and sweat smell thick on the late curb after standing so long. Step one row back, or just tolerate it. Not incense smoke near the front, and not shirt soaked through from humidity as the main problem.

One row back onto freer air is reasonable if you are not blocking a doorway or lane. Carry a small wipe if you have one. If anyone feels queasy, that is a lobby break, not toughness.
