We overbought tea. Need a cheap bag. Fort shops look like theatre. Pettah looks like a hunt. Ordinary Monday, two of us, not a shopping tour.

Pettah lane, pay a normal bag, walk. Fort tourist shop is a markup for air-con. Nobody closed Pettah. Keep a hand on the wallet, pick the bag, leave. Do not follow a helper to a 'special store'.

We bought a ugly duffel in ten minutes. Fine. Pride hunting canvas for an hour is a lost train.
