Contact lenses feel dry and dusty after last night. Pharmacy saline this morning enough, or switch to glasses all day. Not hearing fuzzy clinic, and not heat rash aloe threads.

Saline and a clean case help if lenses still feel OK. If eyes are red or grit will not rinse out, wear glasses today and see a pharmacy for lubricating drops. Do not tough out painful lenses on a walking day.
