Drop one pin to the group chat, switch to battery saver, and navigate by lit shop signs and the lake edge you already know. Do not keep maps and camera open through the densest late blocks. Agree the hotel doorway as the meet if anyone bricks.
If the room key is at the desk, send the person with more battery for that errand.
Start the outer exit while you still have enough battery for one emergency call.
