Sri Lanka has excellent charging access. Immediate options: (1) any cafe or restaurant — ask 'can I charge?' and they nearly always say yes. (2) Any shop selling phones/electronics offers charging for 50-100 LKR. (3) Tourist rest areas at Sigiriya, Galle Fort, Kandy Central Market all have public chargers. (4) Buses and trains have USB ports in newer classes.

Prevention: carry a small 10000mAh power bank (Anker Powercore 10k around 3000 LKR at any Colombo electronics store). Charge overnight, top up phone twice per day. Cable universal — both USB-C and Lightning cables available at any small tech shop.
