Phone flash going off near dancers deep mid. Do officers or volunteers usually warn once, or is pocketing the phone the only polite move now. Not partner photographing every block, not photographer-cluster on arrival, and not streetlights plus flash exit prep.

Pocketing flash now is the polite move — do not wait for a warning near dancers. Some volunteers wave once; some do not. Deep mid is a bad time to argue photography rights. Screen brightness low, flash off, enjoy with eyes.

Hotel watchers get the recording urge out of your system — curb stays darker.

Save battery instead of firing flash into the cortege.
