Phone camera, maybe a small tripod. What gets you shouted at near Arugam Bay?

Temple, kovil, mosque: cover shoulders and knees. Arugam Bay street is mixed. Inside is not. Shawl in the bag. Hats off, shoes on the rack.

If you are tired, stay near the bus stand or town centre in Arugam Bay and skip the extra viewpoint. Pull cash in Colombo, Kandy, or Galle first. Cards are a maybe, not a plan.
