Phone at the peak. Surfers in the frame. Ask, or keep it to water only? Drone is already a no in our heads.

Water and wide peak shots are ordinary. If a person is the subject, ask. No drone over the peak, no standing in a takeoff path for a reel, no flash. Sit the sand like a person. If someone says no, it is no.
