At 6 PM, how do we pick a side of the street knowing we cannot cross once the First Randoli cortege is moving. Not Raja versus DS fill after 4 and not which side of Dalada fills after 3.

Pick the side with your exit, hotel direction, and toilet plan already in mind — once the cortege moves you will not cross easily. A slightly worse view on the right side beats being trapped opposite your walk-back.
