Driver says inner streets are occupied and he cannot reach the hotel. Tell him Gopallawa, or Old Peradeniya Road, and we walk out.

Name Gopallawa first; it stays two-way tonight. Old Peradeniya is the fallback. Do not ask him to nose into the inner grid.

We walked out to Gopallawa and he was there in ten minutes. The pin on the hotel gate never moved.

Send a shop photo on that road, not a live pin that jumps. Drivers circle when the pin sits inside the tape.
