Can we picture-in-picture the live First Randoli feed while texting a Grab driver stuck outside the lock on iPhone or Android here. Not Grab wait-location after the first hour, and not a two-block dump before start.

Picture-in-picture works on recent iPhone and Android YouTube apps if you leave the live playing then switch to Messages. Keep brightness low at the curb so you are not lighting the row.
