Group chat forwarded a Hikkaduwa cap, a fee, and an opening time. Monday 31 Aug. We are at the approach. Ordinary bags. I want the board, not a remix. Locals, please push back on invented numbers. Kids already sagging, elder has veto. Cannot tell if this is ordinary or a tired mistake. Locals, please contradict the group chat.

Ask the Hikkaduwa board. Proposed visitor limits are proposed, not a live cap I will quote as 31 Aug fact. I will not invent a fee, a Horton cap, a Pigeon Island ticket, or a whale deposit. If the counter is closed, skip. A 2019 post is not today's board. Write what is written.
