Pigeon Island Sunday from Trinco harbour — look at the sea first or book the boat because the guesthouse already counted us in

Sunday 30 Aug, Uppuveli/Trinco. Guesthouse put us on a boat list. Harbour looks a bit lively after leftover weather. Snorkel gear we brought. I do not want a trip into a choppy crossing because a list exists.

Look at the sea from the harbour first. Pigeon Island is a crossing, not a coupon. If the boatmen are sitting, that is information. I will not invent a park fee or a snorkel charge. If it looks ugly, tea. The island does not expire overnight. Guesthouse lists are not weather.

We looked, sat, went the next morning when it was dull. Fine. The list did not mind.
