Stomach feels iffy after sticky heat. Plain yoghurt from a supermarket mid-afternoon a sensible calm-down before evening standing. Not soft yoghurt for spicy dinner aftermath, and not a cut fruit cup.

Plain yoghurt from a supermarket fridge section is a calm mid-afternoon option if heat left the stomach unsettled — keep it cool and modest.

If symptoms worsen, rest and ask the desk for a clinic pointer instead of forcing the curb.
