21 Aug, two of us, daypacks, no balcony budget. We want a sit. Uppuveli rice plate looks priced like a postcard. shallows has a local queue.

Walk two minutes if you can. Steam after a swim; dry bun otherwise. Nobody is scamming you at Uppuveli rice plate; they are pricing for the terrace. I will not invent a cover charge. One drink if you want the photo, then leave.
