Saturday 22 Aug, Polonnaruwa. A 'weekend surcharge' spoken at the desk as if it were a gazette. Partner wants the photo. I want the feet. If the vatadage path is kinder, say so.

Push back. A Saturday hold or surcharge that was not on the voucher is a desk, not a gazette. Show the paper. If they still invent it, move. I will not invent an official Saturday fee.

Poncho. Umbrella on that pinch is a fight. They run wet if it is the procession.

Kids: sit. Pride turns Polonnaruwa into a speech at the kerb. Then tea.

Seated later. Unreserved standing with shells is how you hate Saturday.

Passport at the counter. A cousin SIM is how you buy a headache. Ordinary.

We waited until it was dull and dry. Flip-flops were a mistake at eight.
