Portable power-bank sellers circulating this late along quieter stretches. Fair top-up if sealed and metered, or skip unknown packs entirely. Not inventing an official fee, not phone at five percent WhatsApp then brick, and not battery near fifteen percent vendor charge as the same ask.

Skip unknown packs unless the hotel desk sells sealed ones you trust. Street power-bank top-ups this late are a judgment call with no official fee schedule — many travelers refuse unknown cables entirely. A known hotel charger when you peel is safer.

If the phone is already dying, peel to the hotel rather than gamble a curb pack.
