Pottuvil boat desk already quoting an amber-still-on surcharge at 1am — does Hambantota–Pottuvil marine actually hold until 11:30

Desk wants extra because 'the amber is still on until late morning'. Last PDF I saved was Bulletin 01 MWA Amber for Hambantota to Pottuvil, issued 11:30 1 Sep, valid until 11:30 2 Sep, gusty 50–60. It is 1am Wednesday. I will not pay a colour. I will fetch a sheet. Morning 'does it still hold' is the whole question.

Last named sheet is Amber Hambantota–Pottuvil until 11:30 this morning. That is sea, not a boat-desk surcharge and not a road closure. Fetch the Met PDF at first light. If it still says Amber, you stay off that stretch of sea; if a later sheet replaces it, you follow that. Do not pay a colour. Do not invent a west-coast all-clear from this either.

Peak can wait. Pride paddles into 50–60 gusts for a photo.

We sat the lagoon side and ate. Boat can be a Wednesday afternoon question after 11:30, not a 1am invoice.

Same sheet names us to Pottuvil. Fish market still opens. Sea is the advisory.
