We have a room. Desk wants a cancel fee because marine is on. Last sheet until 11:30. Morning doubt on the sea. I am asking about the room, not the boat.

Room is a room. Amber is sea Hambantota–Pottuvil until 11:30, not a cancel fee on a bed. Fetch the PDF at first light for the water. Do not pay a colour to keep a room you already have. Do not invent a town seal.

After 11:30 do not treat Amber as still in force without a new PDF — that is a later-thread problem. At 2am it still holds.
