Pottuvil to Panama three-wheeler, marine still quoted as a road closure at 1am

Need to be in Panama for a room we already paid. Driver says Amber means the road is closed until 11:30. Bags are backpacks. I think marine is sea. Morning doubt on the water; I am asking about the road.

Road is a road. Marine Amber is sea areas Hambantota to Pottuvil until 11:30, not a three-wheeler ban and not a Panama track padlock. Agree the fare before you sit. Night number will be a night number; do not let them add a colour. Fetch the PDF for the boat later, not for this hop.
