Email said prepaid. Driver at the meeting point wants 1500 extra because the approach is wet. Sunday 30 Aug, two packs, no child seats. I can walk back inside. I do not want a speech in the drizzle.

Do not pay an unwritten rain extra. Prepaid is prepaid. Walk back to the official counter if the driver turns the pin into a tour. Leftover rain on 30 Aug does not close Katunayake. I will not invent a night surcharge colour. If you already sat and the bag is in, you taught them.
