First Randoli starts 6:44 PM. When does the Maligawa tusker and relic casket usually pass after that start, versus the opening whip-crackers. Trying to time when to lift kids.

Whip-crackers and flag dancers open the cortege after the 6:44 PM start. The Maligawa tusker with the relic casket comes much later in the order — plan to wait through the early troupes, then lift kids when the temple section approaches.
