Sugathadasa Stadium pool (Olympic-size, public entry ~200 LKR, mornings 6-9am and afternoons), Colombo Swimming Club (members-only but guest access via reciprocal club), and hotel day-passes at Cinnamon Grand, Shangri-La, Hilton (typically 4000-8000 LKR includes gym + pool).

Sugathadasa is genuine public pool experience — clean, chlorinated, mixed skill swimmers. Bring your own goggles, cap (mandatory at some pools), and swimwear. Segregated changing rooms. Avoid mid-morning school swim hours (busy).
