Need to refill a bottle near the temple or lake this morning. Any realistic public refill spots, or buy sealed water only. Not refillable-versus-sealed day-bag philosophy debate.

Many hotels refill for guests; some cafes will refill if you buy a drink. Do not assume every public tap is drinking water. Sealed bottles remain the safest default when unsure.
