Write the board. At Puttalam lagoon on 24 Aug that means bus along the water, not private boat. I will not invent a fee, a festival, a whale, or a leopard. Skip is polite.
Kids: bus along the water. Pride turns this into a speech at the kerb and then owns a tantrum.
Ask two locals. The first number around private boat is a test, not a fee I will invent.
