If we swap to Wilpattu, 4:30 start from Puttalam. Palms moving even here. Partner thinks any wind means a park closure. 1 Sep 1:28.

Wilpattu is inland tracks and a gate time, not a marine bulletin. I will not invent a west all-clear and I will not invent a west Amber. Wind at Puttalam is coastal weather. Park runs on its ticket and track conditions. Go early, water, mosquito plan. If the gate says tracks closed, that is the gate.

West marine colours are what people invent when they are bored. Park is a park.

4:30 is correct. 8:30 is heat and dust.

Station left-luggage is a counter. A man at the door is a man at the door.

West is not on the Hambantota–Pottuvil stretch. Do not copy colours across the island.
