Queen side street for 6:41 second Kumbal - still a free kerb or already a paid row

Hotel balconies on that side look sold. We can stand the street. Is the Queen side still a free kerb for second Kumbal listed 6:41, or has the whole block become a chair-and-ticket story.

Street is still free. Chairs on the pavement are a vendor habit, not a reserved street. You can stand behind them or pick Dalada and ignore the chairs. Do not pay a pavement uncle for air.

If an elder cannot stand, a real balcony is the honest spend. A plastic chair in the road gets moved.

We stood the Queen side last night. Dense, but free. Kids hated the chairs blocking their view more than the drums.

Shade plus water matters more than which named hotel is behind you.
