Want a quiet five-minute balcony stretch after the nap before shoes go on for 7:00 PM. Sensible, or does sticky air make it useless. Not hotel yoga room session, and not twenty-minute gym.

A quiet five-minute balcony stretch after the nap is fine if showers are not active — keep it gentle and come inside to dress with time for 7:00 PM.
