Rain at 18:00, procession listed 6:41 - hold the kerb in a poncho or sit a cafe and lose the gap

Sky is already a threat. Second Kumbal listed 6:41. If it starts at 18:00 do we hold pavement in ponchos, or sit a Colombo Street cafe and accept umbrellas will own the kerb when we return.

Hold the kerb in ponchos if the kerb is the point. Cafe is how you lose the gap. Umbrellas start fights; keep them down. If it is lightning, you leave. That is not a debate.
